I also feed the fish, water the plants, and make the bed. But I do not complain, because Gretch is busy with school and work, whereas I just work in the evenings and spend my days trying to concoct plans to find a doctor who will write a note giving me a clean bill of health without charging for said note. I tend to like your ideal of marriage far more than your friend's view, which seems to hark back to the days of the wife who is barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen. *sigh* Some people...
