I woulda stood my ground and let him run into me, thus forcing him to switch lanes. How much can it hurt? There's 100 yds of green grass to hit off of, and where do they choose to hit? Right next to me, and most of the time, it's up-wind from me. It's always windy here on the coast, so his dirt and divots fly up and hit me each and every swing and he never moves or apologizes. I've ended up moving each time.
