Funny how it was a black man who famously spoke of dreaming of a day when a man would be judged by the content of his character, and yet, ironically, I think that more black people judge others based on colour than do white people! It is ridiculous how many times I have been singled out for being white. Seriously. Now, can we have a serious discussion about poverty in America that ISN'T linked to race? Sorry, Jacob, I think we've gone askew from the points of the election. I have posted a brief comment on my hopes for the Obama Presidency on mine and Gretch's blog.
