When I created this blog, I left this “About Me” page quite plain with very little detail about myself, which was mainly because the readership already KNEW me personally, so there wasn’t anything exciting or interesting for me to put here. Since then, however, more of you are people that I don’t know yet, so here is a bit about me.

I’m a single guy living in Peoria, IL. I’ve lived here in the Midwest for a majority of my life, so this is definitely my home-turf. It’s great here, but my travels have shown me that there are LOTS of great places around the US that I wouldn’t mind calling home for a while…

I work in Information Technology, primarily as a technical support-type person. Lately, though, I’ve been tasked with providing training for various software products to the employees throughout our company. Through this experience, I’ve realized that my passions aren’t entirely in the computer world as they once were. I’m now pursuing a degree in Communications, very slowly but quite deliberately.
