I have the privilege of documenting the de- and re-construction process at my workplace. Today I noticed the crew throwing out a LOT of junk and scrap, and then I found this pile of junk just waiting to go out the window and into the dumpster.

My parents had a house fire earlier this year. The rebuild moves forward, but some of the evidence remains.

I had a coincidental craving for Mom’s Enchilada Casserole last night, which was the day for the letter E. I made a batch, took the photo, cleared my plate, and promptly forgot to post the photo. Here it is, a day late.
